Slow??? Ordered on the 3rd, $ out on the 5th, email stating delivery to be the 28th, later changed to the 21st. Waiting......

A fortnight after placing a sizable order, I had still received no shipping information. In a call to customer service, the representative said that it was forthcoming, but when tracking was finally provided the estimated delivery date came and went with no box--and no update. Four inquiries about the order were sent in a week, not one of which was answered. Three calls were sent to voicemail without reply. Finally, when I was able to get through by telephone, the representative said he would look into the matter and call back: 48 hours passed without the promised call back. Having thrice informed herbspro by email and phone that I would initiate a dispute if they did not resolve the matter, I finally did so, since they had neither the courtesy nor the honesty to answer my inquiries, let alone take appropriate action. The day after initiating the dispute, I once again called customer service. Upon finally being connected after a 10+ minute wait time, the representative said the shipment had been lost and my card would be credited. Never have I had such execrable service, lack of communication (not to mention common courtesy), and failure to provide timely rectification and restitution for vendor mishap + misrepresentation. BEWARE: DO BUSINESS WITH HERBSPRO AT YOUR OWN RISK

Bad because the picture i ordered from showed jars, so i ordered 4, what i received was tubes of hand cream, if i had wanted tubes i could have purchased those from the dollar store. Will not order again.

First of all I emailed you about the 2 of 4 products, one the cap was brook off, the other is half gone because you ship them without putting stuffing in the box, just metal cans clinging together. I sent you an email and have had no response from customer service.

made my purchase on 6/12/2018 and still haven't received the items as of this date. Called them on 7/6/18 and they said would reorder and as of today still haven't received my purchase and by the way they have already charge my credit card. bad business
