Product I was looking for easy to find. Information for mailing and billing simple. Actual time to receive product was about two weeks.

I placed my online order on July 2nd. When I tried to check the status of my order on the 6th, it was unable to be verified, so I called the number provided on the website. 1st call, no answer. 2nd call, no answer. 3rd call answered by someone who barely spoke English but assured me that my order "has will be shipped tomorrow or two days." Ten days after I placed my order, on July 12th, I got an email to let me know that my order was (finally) on it's way. The order was correct when it arrived, but the whole process took way too long.

Ridiculously long ship times. Good price, but will not order from again because of the delay.

Worst service ever! Ordered 31 soap bars on 7/5. Until now all I have received are 2 soap bars!!! Will be calling tomorrow to get my money back. How could you take this long to supposedly serve an order and instead deliver almost 20 days later just 2 of 31.

overcharged delivery lost and they said it was my problem with Fedex? What kind of crazy no responsibility taking answer is that. It gets worse. I speak with a customer rep and this guy keeps promising resolution but takes no action. I have my office mgr. find someone else to lobby. She does and then WE have to send them a detailed report of charges and credits for them to finally see that we are right and give us the appropriate credit. 2-3 months just to get $53 bucks credited back that we had told them they owed. It costs us much more in time and energy to get to resolution.

I called first to make sure an item was in stock and they told me it was and I immediately placed the order. A week later I get an e-mail saying the order was canceled.

It took six days to even ship my product, and that was because I reminded them that my order was going nowhere. Then the shipment, which I still haven’t received, we’re set for 10 days shipping or more? Worst customer experience I’ve ever had I will never order from them again.

I initially called with questions and clearly inconvenienced the person at the other end. After placing my order online, I received a directive to provide a full credit card statement and utility bill for first time credit card buyers. I e-mailed a question about this and my question was not answered. I would not recommend.
