Never sent updates on backorders of…
Never sent updates on backorders of products ordered. Have not received an update since the first email stating that it was back ordered from their supplier and that was the beginning of September.

It is now almost a month (8/27
It is now almost a month (8/27 - 9/23), and I have not received my order. I called last week and was told -- very authoritatively -- it would be delivered Friday. It is now Monday of the next week, and I am still without my medication. This is very poor service.
