I sent a request regarding the status of my order from 9/16/19 and still have yet to get a response as to where my order is????

Please find your order details below - Order Shipped Date - 9/20/2019 8:28:52 PM Carrier - FedEx Smart Post URL - https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=61299998644527682194 The tracker suggests that your order has been delivered on Tuesday 10/01/2019 at 4:50 pm. Please check your mailbox, where USPS normally delivers mails to. It is advisable to wait 1-2 business days, because sometimes Shipping carriers mark items as delivered when they are yet to deliver the product, else contact us back, we will issue refund to you for the amount you paid / approve replacement order.
