Shipping took forever 7 days before…
Shipping took forever 7 days before leaving facility Tried contacting via website no return email Then called for a tracking # and all the agent said was the package was in route when it was not just the label had been created. Communication was not good at all yet I finally received my product. I will not use them again. Herbspro did reach out to me and offered to refund my shipping cost which I will take them up on there offer. If the prior communication was as good as there post communication this would have received a better rating up front.

Too slow
When we ordered on line, it was mentionned that I should receive in 7 days. Got it 21 days later. Don’t need it anymore. Stuck with the product

i ordered the ginger tea over a month…
i ordered the ginger tea over a month ago...gave the correct address...they stated it was an incorrect address and a month later it is still on the way back to the vendor..YOU SUCK!
