No delivery ....not trustworthy ....no communication or email confirmation... but they took my payment. WORST customer service!! DO NOT ORDER from this COMPANY!!!!

Terrible
Terrible - I ordered the product - got an email confirming so - was charged - and then saw a credit reversal for the charge - which I assumed was due to a problem with the shipment. Never received an email or anything as to why. Assume product not available, but would be nice to know!!!

Very Bad Customer Service
I had placed an order with Herbspro and paid with PayPal. I never received an email about shipment. After waiting for about two weeks, I called Herspro to find out why I hadn’t heard anything. I was told that the PayPal payment hadn’t gone through and I never heard from Herbspro about it. It would have been nice if someone had called me to tell me about the PayPal problem.

I ordered 3 items on 1-15-2020 the cost was $41.52, paid at checkout. It is now 2-21-2020, I have tried to call 3 times just looking for order. I have had no updates as to were it maybe or even if it has shipped. My phone calls have not been answered or returned. It is frustrating.

Horrible experience
First it took 4 weeks to get order second i by mistake ordered the wrong item, wanted to return, it took me two days to access the return site, submit for return finally now it’s been 10 days haven’t received return label or instructions. Never ever buying from this website.

Unable to get a response to an…
Unable to get a response to an incorrect order in two weeks of trying.. Phone numbers on web site are incorrect or disconnected. Email not responded to. Very frustrating attempting to resolve problem. Finally resorted to filing dispute with credit card company.
