Dear customer We received many orders from you and from different emails, all your orders went on hold as it did not pass the verification.The billing address was listed as United States, but the orders were placed from Indonesia We had requested verification documents, so that we could process your order. However, the documents you submitted did not match the CC you paid with We also tried to contact the phone #'s provided on the order, somebody picked and just disconnected the call. No one never replied Hence, we cancelled the order and voided the charges. Thank you Customer service

Poor customer Service
I ordered some earplugs based on the picture shown on the website. When the product arrived it was not the product pictured. When I emailed Herbspro the return email stated I could return it but they "will not send Return Label in case of any customer returns." I mailed it back at my own cost. I wrote a review stating what had happened and Herbpro emailed me the next day and said they would send me a return label and they would like me to rescind my review. I replied that I had already sent it back at my cost ($ 8.00) they said they could give me a store credit for the postage if I sent a receipt, I did not get a receipt due to the fact they had told me they would pay the return cost.

Huge Delay
It took almost a month to get my medicine. That is way too long!

Dear customer You can see on our website that every single product have an "Estimated time of Shipping", most of the orders can be shipped in the following 3-4 days after placing the order. However, some of the products have a longer shipment time as it happened in this case. We always display this information on our website so customers be informed some of the products may require some days to be shipped.
