The Hera team were great partners to my fiancé and I throughout the ring search process. I came in with a sense of what type of stone I wanted and an interest in the more unique vintage details Hera offered, but was not sure exactly which design I wanted. I originally wanted to design my own custom ring, but after trying several options at a consultation I fell in love with the comfortable feeling and antique touches on the Oliver ring – and realized I could not design anything more elegant! Mike from the NYC showroom was patient and responsive as I tried on the different stone options available and kept us in the loop on the production process. Thank you, Hera!

Everything about the experience was absolutely lovely. The staff was responsive, the timelines were accurate, and the product delivered exceeded my hopes. Originally, I had a bespoke engagement ring created for my fiancée and those with whom I met to brainstorm the ring, spent time getting to know me and understanding my concerns about each aspect of the ring. They provided feedback about particular choices and guided me toward the ring of my (her) dreams. The engagement ring experience was so exceptional that we decided to have Hera make bespoke wedding bands for both of us. We picked them up this weekend and again, we are thrilled. We spent an extended period of talking about the edges of the ring and when I put it on in the showroom, it felt absolutely perfect. The decision to get engaged, and subsequently married, is a huge one filled with plenty of things to wonder about, think about, worry about, etc. The ring experience can be confusing and difficult with disappointment from what I’ve gathered. My experience with Hera was the opposite. I felt heard, my expectations were important, and the delivered product was exactly what I was looking for when I started the process. Very understanding, patient, and willing to help through the entire process. I so appreciate the help and transparency. I had a fantastic experience buying my Fiancé's engagement ring through Hera. I had to check in with them about the timeline and they were very respond transparent about the process. I had a trip planned for our proposal and they were unsure if the ring would be ready in time but they were willing to work with me on a backup plan if the ring needed to be shipped to our destination. It didn't end up coming to that, but I was very pleased with how communicative they were and how much they obviously cared about me as a customer.
