We worked with Mike and Kerryclare, who were incredibly intentional about understanding our vision as a queer couple and helping us find pieces for each other that reflected our individual balances of masculine and feminine styles. The rings are beautiful and exceptionally well made. They offered creative suggestions we never would have thought of ourselves, without ever being pushy or encouraging us to go beyond our budget. We also loved how many unique designs they had, which helped us think beyond the standard options. And for anything they don't have, they can customize it. Had the greatest experience with Hera, and my wedding stack is absolutely gorgeous. My fiance worked with Hera to customize one of their collection rings for my engagement ring. I get compliments on it constantly. The high quality and durability is so evident. It is a bezel setting with hand-carved milgrain, which gives it such a one of a kind look. I knew I absolutely wanted to get my wedding band from Hera too. We took a weekend trip to NYC so that I could try on different bands at their showroom, which was so fun and helpful. Working with Julie was great - she was able to offer suggestions and tell us what was possible for customizations. We ended up doing a custom wedding band as well, essentially combining elements from 3 different bands in their collection. My engagement ring has a low set center stone with side stones, so I knew I'd likely want a curved band so that I didn't have ring gap. Since my engagement ring was from Hera, they were able to customize the curve of my wedding band to stack perfectly with my engagement ring. It was a super easy process, and I loved getting the CADs to review and the pictures of the band as soon as they finished it! Julie was always so responsive and kept me up to date. My custom wedding band just arrived today and I could not be happier. It is beautiful, and it stacks so perfectly. My fiancé also ended up finding a wedding band he liked, so all 3 of our rings are from Hera! I would recommend Hera to anyone looking for wedding rings.

Hera made my customized ring experience easier than i thought. I had the pleasure of working with Kerryclare and she provided the best customer service i could have imagined. Shopping around for an engagement ring isn't the easiest thing nor is creating a custom one. Hera is such an easy going but upfront company to deal with. They take your design wishes and concerns seriously. I could not have asked for a better experience. My fiancé loves her new engagement ring and it has us even more excited to get married.
