I recently purchased a ring from Hera, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The craftsmanship and design of the ring are absolutely stunning, showcasing the attention to detail and creativity that I can say Hera, should be known for. The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my ring, Hera exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

My partner and I used Hera to create a custom setting that combined heirloom diamonds from both sides of our family. The collaboration through the design process and the flawless execution both exceeded our expectations! Hera was even able to extract the heirloom diamonds from the original settings without any damage whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

My ring from Hera is beautiful! It was exactly what I pictured for my fiancee, and she loved it. Hera was responsive to my questions throughout the creation process, and everything went according to plan!

The team at Hera truly made my custom engagement ring experience wonderful. When creating the ring for my partner. I look forward to working with them in the future. For any of our find other fine jewelry needs.

Overall great experience. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful. The ring is beautiful and very well made. I chose Hera because of how knowledgeable Lauren is on how to make a ring not only beautiful but can also withstand the test of time. I will be purchasing from this company again in the future!

Working with the team over at Hera has been nothing short of extraordinary. We first worked with the team when picking out my engagement ring. I came to Lauren and the team with very little information, feeling really intimidated by the process. Lauren and Grace and the entire Hera team were patient with me, explained the pros and cons of different cuts, band widths and side stones. They are such experts and so incredibly knowledgeable. They were SO supportive and informative. My ring came out absolutely exquisitely! I get compliments on it all the time. I had such a fabulous experience with my first ring, we obviously went to them again for my fiancés wedding band. They again knocked it out of the park. They were so communicative, so consultative and got me the ring in a timely manner. I will tell anyone who asks me how professional, creative, kind and exceptional the team over at Hera is!

Our meeting was so informative! Thank you for taking the time to answer all our questions and help us design our custom ring, removing all stress from the process. I especially love that the metals are recycled. The ring is beautiful!

We first met with Hera during a pop-up in LA. We'd consulted with a different company prior to Hera, but felt right at home with Hera after the pop-up visit. Kennedy was attentive, thoughtful, and patient with a couple who weren't completely sure what they wanted. We were given only gentle encouragements and helpful advice, rather than a push to order something while we were there. Additionally, we knew we wanted to purchase a moissanite to be able to spend more money on the setting. With Hera, we didn't feel any pressure to choose a natural diamond for the engagement ring - this was not our experience elsewhere. Kennedy took very detailed notes and sent them to us shortly afterwards to confirm everything was correct. Another small but significant act was that Kennedy and Hera used our correct pronouns (they/them for the ring recipient) throughout the visit and in our later correspondence as well. It took us a month longer, but we eventually decided to proceed with Hera and create a bespoke ring. Both of us were involved in the design process, and over the next few weeks we created a custom ring that was exactly what we'd hoped for. Once the design was finalized, I was able to remove my partner from the email thread to keep the engraving a surprise, and Hera helped me keep that secret for the remainder of our work with them. The only hiccup during our experience with Hera happened when the ring shipped to us. The ring was sent via FedEx on 11-14-2024, but by 11-19-2024 the tracking details had no additional entries beyond a 11-15-2024 departure from a FedEx hub in Memphis. We contacted Hera about the shipping status, and they didn't have any additional information for us, so we opted to call FedEx and confirm that the package was actually in transit. The ring ended up arriving the very next day, so maybe FedEx just hadn't been updating the tracking history? But in any case, the ring arrived safe and sound, and I was able to propose to my partner with a one-of-a-kind ring that they love. We'd strongly recommend that you consider working with Hera if you're looking for a custom engagement ring! We're looking forward to working with them again when getting our wedding bands!
