Their communication, attention to detail, and patience with me, YES, I was indecisive and went back and forth with ideas that did not make it easy for the Hera team. However, they treated me so well and were able to fulfill all of my desires. I recently returned for our wedding bands, and it was the same story. PERFECTION!
