Hera Fine JewelryReviews of herafinejewelry.com

From the moment of the informative, pressure-free consultation to the delivery of the ring, my experience with Hera was nothing short of exceptional. Danika provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. Hera brought my partner’s dream ring to life — she looks at it every day and is absolutely obsessed. Thank you for the incredible craftsmanship and an outstanding experience!

Hera was GREAT to work with! We got my engagement ring and both mine and my fiancé's wedding bands from them, and all three pieces are beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. My wedding band is custom, and they took my vision and created a beautiful ring that I'm excited to wear for the rest of my life. plus, everyone we talked with was very nice and helpful!

Started the custom ring process at the end of January 2025 and got the ring by late April! Working with Mike M. was so easy, and the whole team's prompt responses and accurate timelines eased my Type A mind. Now I have exactly what I wanted and could not be happier :)

The other day I said to my Fiancé “You know what’s crazy? Of all the rings I’ve ever seen and all the pictures I’ve ever sorted through for inspiration, my ring is hands-down the most beautiful.” Not only did Hera help bring to life the most beautiful bespoke ring I’ve ever seen, but they were an absolute joy to work with. We worked with Danika who, from the beginning, was patient, knowledgeable, and offered her advice when needed. The company I work for, SCS had just started certifying their sustainable diamonds and I was their first client to receive an SCS-certified diamond, SO special. We were a little concerned about not being able to conduct the process in person, but we were in communication frequently enough that it was fine. The craftsmanship of the ring itself is durable, delicate, and beautifully executed. We are forever grateful for our experience with Hera and would recommend to anyone.

Easy online ordering, product was even more stunning in person! Arrived exactly on time, as promised.

I ordered both my engagement ring and my wedding band from Hera. The entire process was easy to navigate. I emailed the team with a couple questions and received prompt responses. They even put a ring back onto the website so I could order it (the Zelda oval). I recently received the Finn gap band as my wedding band and was very pleased that it fit my engagement ring perfectly. I can’t recommend Hera Fine Jewelry enough, and I am beyond happy with my gorgeous ring stack.

We worked with Shaye Morin. Shaye provided perfect client service. She responded immediately to every email. In person, she explained and showed and gave her recommendations in a way that was extremely helpful. She made us feel extremely comfortable and made it easy for us to ask questions. She didn’t pressure us in any way. Extremely supportive. We will be coming back for our engagement rings 100%. I could’ve have imagined a better experience. Excited to work with Shaye in the future.

Service was absolutely amazing! They answered every question I had! I could not be happier with my ring and the service provided! Buy Hera!
