A close friend recommended Hera to my fiancée and I after a very poor experience at a different jeweler. We were searching for a place that would help us feel confident and excited about the custom ring-making process. It was clear in the first few minutes of our consultation with Shaye that we were in great hands. The entire process felt effortless — and more importantly, FUN! Shaye was energetic, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. My fiancée was able to describe her vision, and I was kept updated on the progress as the ring came to life. When it finally arrived, it was more beautiful than I could’ve envisioned. The quality of the build is impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

My fiancé and I have had the greatest experience with Hera! They were super responsive regarding sizing. My fiancé was able to set up a call with Lauren before ordering my engagement ring and he said it was easy and informative. Every member of the Hera team (thank you, Grace & Maya!) was so responsive, kind and helpful in the creation of my custom ring, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. When it came to crafting a wedding band to stack perfectly with my engagement piece, Mike & the team were rockstars in helping me choose which ring would match my final stack vision. From start to finish, our experience creating a custom ring was fantastic. We worked with Mike to combine features from a few of Hera's different rings--it was easy to collaborate over email, we received mock-ups and estimates along the way, and Mike's responses were always quick. It took us a couple of weeks to finalize the design, then about 10 weeks for the ring to be created. We love the final result--it is incredibly beautiful, strong and sustainable. Could not be happier with our experience, would recommend without reservation (and have).

We love my partners engagement ring! We made a trip out of visiting the show room in nyc and were welcomed in. They showed up several options and answered so many questions. My partner chose a ring that didn’t need to be customized so when I was ready I just went online and bought the ring. It takes 10-12 weeks but my shipped after 9 weeks. The ring is gorgeous and we get so many compliments!
