Henrys WatchesReviews of henrys-watches.com

These watches are made in Hong Kong!! Picture of a man working on watches is Bull!! Email states watch came in on international flight!! Just another Scam. Please prove me wrong!

I agree with the other 1 star reviews, this is a total scam! I spent just over £100. On the moon phase watch which looked lovely, for my husband's 60th birthday. It didn't arrive within the timescale advertised and eventually turned up 4 weeks too late. Husband spotted the same watch on Temu for £30.00 I complained to Harry's and they offered me a 10% discount which I refused. They then offered me 25% discount which I again refused. I was then told that returning the item would be at my own expense ( £26.00 for tracked delivery and insurance) and the return address was China! Several weeks later I have finally received a refund but they deducted another £7.20 for Shipping protection. So all in all I paid nearly £34.00 for nothing. Utter rip off! 😡😕

All ai generated B.S. Henry probably doesn’t exist, the old man in the website is ai generated. The watches are the same as 99 cent ones on Ali Express as others have said. Don’t listen to the positive reviews, they’ve been bought. Don’t give into buying sweat shop junk like this.

Absolute junk. I paid €120. Not worth €20. I gave the watch to a charity shop and was even embarrassed giving it away the quality was so poor.

Obvious scam. Henry isn't closing down or retiring, because Henry doesn't exist. I e-mailed them asking where the watches are manufactured/ They replied (to my surprise). Apparently the parts are sourced in from he Netherland and Japan and the watches are assembled in China. Where does Henry fit in then?

I got scammed by this company. They pretending to be Dan Henry watches and their product was from USA. I spent $365 on watches and I tried to cancelled but my email was ignored. The products I was told shipped out. I called my credit card to try to cancelled. It looks like I am going to lose my hard earn money. You and your company are wrong for this. Taken advantage of people to Make a $ is a terrible way to make a living. You will never prosper when you are lying to your customers and steal their money. My order # is HW20495. I just want my money back.

After a few months of having the watch it keeps stopping and starting up again. Thinking it is the battery I changed it but the fault was still there. Contacted "Henry" and the said they have a 30 day warranty period and wouldn't do anything about it.

This “Henry” guy wants you to believe he’s some sweet old man retiring after 33 years of selling luxury watches. Cute story, but the only thing he’s retiring from is telling the truth. Spoiler: Henry doesn’t exist, he’s just some AI soap opera character with a fake backstory. I bought one of his “final sale, once-in-a-lifetime” watches and then found the EXACT SAME watch on AliExpress for 99 cents. Yep. Less than a bag of gas station peanuts. Henry’s “luxury timepiece” has the build quality of a toy you’d win at a county fair if you threw three darts and missed all of them. The packaging? Dollar Tree vibes. The watch? Feels like it’ll stop ticking if you sneeze too close to it. The only thing luxury about Henry’s Watches is the markup. He’s charging champagne prices for Kool-Aid quality. In short: Henry isn’t real, his story isn’t real, and his watches definitely aren’t real. If you want to donate money to a scammer who writes bedtime stories for himself, go ahead. Otherwise, grab the same watch for 99 cents online and use the money you saved for something that actually tells time without lying to you.
