I purchased 3 watches, one being the mystery box. Let’s start with the mystery….what a load of rubbish, the back cover was scratched quite badly and it looked like the watch was 2nd hand. The strap was far too small for an adult male, it may have fitted a child or lady but certainly not an average man. The rear case also looked like it had been pushed on too hard as it wasn’t flat. The 2nd watch also had a scratched rear and felt lightweight and cheap. And finally, the 3rd one looked of and had protection on the front and rear unlike watches 1 and 2 but by this point I’d lost confidence in Henry’s watches and asked for a refund….which I have received but not for the mystery boxes as these are not covered on returns I now see. So, it looks like for the mystery they send out any old rubbish with no warranty or refund….what a rip off! Would I recommend them to anyone else? …. Absolutely not a chance, you’d probably be better off buying one off TikTok
