Buyer Beware!
I wish I had read all of these 1-star reviews before placing an order with Henry's Watches. As someone else mentioned, Henry is not an older gentlemen who is closing his business and offering watches at reduced prices. I ordered and received two watches - both of which are pure junk and are the equivalent of watches I could purchase at WalMart for under $10. When I contacted Henry regarding a return, he told me that he would provide me with a 10% discount if I would agree to purchase the watches. I told him that wasn't enough; he then offered 25%, which I accepted. I decided it was easier to take the small discount than to spend money for postage and insurance to return the watches to England. That would not have been cost effective. But, buyer beware.

I have tried contacting Henry’s …
I have tried contacting Henry’s Watches since March 21, the day I received my watch. First of all it doesn’t fit my wrist second it is not water resistant and most military watches are. They have refused to get back to me. The watch is brand new and never used. I want my money back. I am looking to resolve this with Henry’s Watches

I got my watch from Henrys. I then bought the same exact watch on Ali Express for 99 cents. When I asked Henry what made his different he stopped responding.
I wonder if he'll respond here. Probably not.

HUGE Disappointment - DO NOT BUY
The poor quality of the watches I ordered was hugely disappointing. The metal bands are paper thin, too narrow compared to the bezel, and the face of the watch appears to be laser printed paper. I was so disappointed with the 3 watches that I purchased that I put them back in the cheap (and broken) boxes they arrived in and put them in a drawer so they were out of site. All that after it took 3 - 4 weeks for them to arrive AFTER I received at least 5 confirmations that they had shipped and we "on their way".

Made in china and found the same watch i paid a fair few $$ for for lest than a tenth of the price !

Every detail is the same down to the strap and where in china yours are shipped from!!!!!

Well my watches finally arrived on the 15th March. Order placed on 21st Feb. Funny, 3 days after I berated this company on Trustpilot !
The product itself, in my opinion the quality is absolute garbage. Plastic straps, buttons that do absolutely nothing, apparent functions that do not exist, no manual for the chronograph. Rubbish.
Now look at the wonderful 5 star comments received by this company on Trustpilot. Now check the spelling of these reviews. Tells you a great deal .
My advice is stay well clear. Do not waste your money. Keep your money deep in your pocket !!!!!!
