🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 This company is based outside of the United States, all of their videos ads are hired actors from fiverr, I don't just claim this, I can back up my claim with full blown proof. Go to YouTube and search "Don't buy things from old AI people" It will come up with a video made by pleasant Green YouTube channel. The scam goes like this. They buy bulk watches on AliExpress which are $0.99 USD, Then turn around and sell them to you for $40 to $50 USD. They are cheaply made in China watches! They hire actors on Fiverr to film reviews for their watches and then they pay google/YouTube to run ads with the fake paid for reviews. If you do buy one, keep a close watch on the tracking you will see that it goes through customs! I must remind you, Look up pleasant Green on YouTube, The video he posted was today. It's called "Don't buy things from old AI people" That YouTuber did a very thorough investigation finding out exactly who the actors were, where they were getting the products, He even bought one from AliExpress and one from Henry's watches to compare them and wouldn't you know it? They are the exact same thing!! If you want to do something good for society, help expose things like this!! People work hard for their money, people have family and kids and problems of their own, we don't need to be sending our hard-earned money to scammers!! Expose expose expose!!! If you look up pleasant green on YouTube, he purchased a watch from Henry's watches and he also purchased the same watch from AliExpress so he could compare them to do his due diligence. And they are exactly the same ones! Pleasant green YouTube channel "don't buy things from AI old people" that's the title of the video! Edit: One day later, As you see "Henry has responded to this" with a generic response just like every other response to the reviews on here. I would also like to point out that they are trying to get my review taken down by asking me for proof of purchase or a reference number. They are manipulating the system to get bad reviews taken down. I have submitted a whistleblower report to trustpilot to let them know what's going on. And I will continue to post reviews and have others post reviews until this so-called company is taken down. They are trying to claim that the watches on AliExpress are replicas, but pleasant green has already proven that to be wrong! But pleasant green has already proven that to be wrong! I will not stop until this company is done!! And I've got a whole army of people on top of this with me. It's not the first time I've done this and it won't be the last! People who are willing to scam families out of their money don't deserve to be ignored!!

This new watch loses about 10 minutes every 24 hours, therefore, most unreliable. This is very disappointing! Even more disappointing is the response from Henry's Waches or lack of! Not to be recommended.

I don’t normally write reviews and I generally give all companies the benefit of the doubt, but is a watch company you want to avoid. The watch is shipped from mainland China and takes approximately two weeks to arrive. Before the watch shipped I tried to cancel my order because I found a field watch I liked better and customer service told me they could not stop the order but would refund me when I mailed the watch back. They have since gone back on their word and will not provide a return address, instead, they have offered a whopping 10% and 25% refund without shipping the watch back. This equates to $5 and $12 which is quite insulting.

Very disappointed: 1st: the watches were made in china 2-they were shipped from overseas 3-took over a month to arrive 4-I bet the store front shown in the photo is not of the shop.

Just a quick note to start on there request for a trustpilot review unless it’s 5 star you are redirected to the website which is a fake site! I purchased a man’s watch when it arrived it would not fit my wrist, it would just fit my 6yr olds wrist on the last hole. Upon contacting the company I was offered a 10% refund and after refusing they offered a 25% refund! For a full refund they have asked me to send it back tracked and traced and insured for its full value not sale value and a refund will be sent after arrival back in China. I have researched into there returns and have found out that they will not refund as retuned products apparently have been lost in post even when tracked to destination or are damaged beyond repair!! Don’t trust this company or buy from them.
