Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our sale. At Henry’s Watches, we strive to offer competitive pricing and authentic discounts on all our products. Our 80% off sale applied to select items as part of our closing event, and while we do carry a variety of brands, including some lesser-known ones, we ensure that all our watches meet quality standards. Pricing can vary based on factors such as region, availability, and manufacturer pricing updates, and we regret if this caused any confusion. We appreciate your input and will take your concerns into consideration as we continue to improve our customer experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected]
