I ordered several of Henry's watches as presents to give to friends and relatives. I noted that each watch was advertised to include a 'free' gift box which was pictured on the website ad and further that each watch shipment would be personally inspected and approved by Henry himself before shipping. Neither of these promises were realized. The watches arrived not in the promised gift boxes but in plain nondescript cardboard boxes with no logo imprint. The watch itself was stuffed haphazardly into the box WITHOUT any instructions or manufacturer's warranty cards. One quartz watch did not have the nylon stem insert and was running on arrival, meaning the battery may be rundown The shipment actually came from China and is apparent that Henry did not inspect this sloppy and indifferently packaged shipment. It seems that Hennry's main interest is to minimize the cost to fulfill shipments with no concern about keeping the promises made on the website.

These watches are drop shipped from Alibaba, i would guess. And no, Henry, companies such as Seiko and Rolex actually make their products and don't just buy the cheapest possible watches.

this is totally false advertising, i have bought over 20 watches from multiple sites and this is the first time i have been scammed. i would like henry to show us where he has ever sold these watches at these retail prices. these watches are of very poor quality and are not a true reflection of the price sold for DO NOT BUY

I wish I could give a ZERO star. I bought 3 watches from this company. This is about the order number HW10094 Premium Automatic Mechanical Watch × 1 Silver White $104.97 (received this one after 2 days not working - machine is stuck) contacted the company - They accepted the watch is damaged and refund the full amount after I sent twice videos, pictures and emails - Got this refund because I dispute the charge with PayPal Automatic Mechanical Tourbillon Watch × 1 Silver Black $108.72 (received this one after 7 days stopped to work - machine is stuck) contacted the company - They accepted the watch is damaged - I had to send twice videos, pictures and emails. No refund made. They are giving me hard time to get the money back even they emailed me saying the watch is damaged. Mechanical Automatic Watch with Leather Band × 1 Silver White $202.47 - This one still working .... Let's see the future.

This entire thing is a scam. These are watched bulk purchased on Alibaba for pennies, and the quaint ads are just AI rubbish. D This is exactly the same as "Tanner Boots". DO NOT BUY.

Same exact watches as $0.97 AliExpress watches! This seller uses AI to advertise on Facebook and mark up cheap watches and sell them for 40x what the watches normally cost on AliExpress.
