Would not recommend to anyone, cheap substandard watch, worked for about three days total, customer support virtually non-existent, if you let them they will keep you going around in circles achieving nothing. In the end they offered a 10% payment! No thought of a replacement or full refund. Don't trust this company!!

High end watches handmade by a master craftsman and sold at the price of a cheap chinese watch.... turns out, that is because it is a cheap chinese made watch ($1 from Temu) and the seller is a scammer. Search youtube for Pleasant Green's video specifically about this company and other scammers like it. The specific title is "don't buy stuff from old AI people"

The watch is the same product that you can find on Ali Express. Cheap scam! A family member of mine bought one, and I tried it on—it was a fake. Edit: Just found out Pleasant Green posted about it. It goest into depth on how they’re running the scam. SEARCH: “Pleasant Green Don’t Buy Stuff from Old AI People”

The watches were very slow to arrive and when they arrived the chronograph buttons and functions do not work. I have requested a refund with the return of the faulty goods, but they keep stalling, asking for videos and all sorts, in effect denying my basic consumer rights. No confidence at all. Slick marketing NO substance

Hi Mr R Brighton, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. We work hard to ensure every customer receives a quality product and prompt support, so I regret that we fell short in your case. Our request for a video was simply to help us assess the issue faster, not to delay your rights. That said, I understand your frustration, and we want to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to resolve this promptly. Sincerely, Henry
Tim
These are quartz junk, save your money and buy a NH35 powered clone Seiko if you have to from Ali if you want a decent watch. Or buy a real field watch from a reputable watch maker.

Been trying, endlessly to get a refund. £40 paid for a cheap 79p chinese watch. They offered me 25%. Not a genuine company, fake advertising. Update 21/05/25. Same reply from Henry, offering 25%. What a con!
