Henrys WatchesReviews of henrys-watches.com

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA. PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP, THE GIFT BOX IS BETTER QUALITY THAN THE WATCH. RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN COST BACK TO CHINA . FRAUDULENT WEB SITE SITE SHOWS A LOVELY OLD GENTLEMAN WITH A LONG STANDING BUSINESS..... FAKE FAKE FAKE

What a scam. Don't buy anything from Henry's watches. Mine arrived to Australia in a small cardboard box, no padding around package, no instructions and it didn't work. Googled how to set up the watch and followed the instructions, and still not working. Contacted their website and their reply was to send a photo of the watch not working. So my reply to them was to look at the photo on their Web page. Same thing. Never heard back from them. Replaced battery thinking that might help. Watch ran for 1 minute and stopped. Metal Band looks and feels cheap. Not comfortable. I would refrain from buying this product. No guarantee on what you get and definitely no follow up from company. Scam through and through.

Trying to take advantage of their easy returns scheme I was given a chinese address to return the watch to. It bounced back to me probably because it didn't exist. Now I am asking for a refund having sent images of the returned parcel. But Henry still insists no refund until they receive the watch at their warehouse. If they were to give me their Tilburg address I might be willing This whole thing is a giant scam, misrepresenting cheap chinese trash as quality watches then failing to do what is promised on their website. Don't waste your time or money, avoid like the plague!

I purchased a military watch a few week ago for around £50 I forget what the discount was but looking on the website today the price of the watch was over £20 more expensive with a discount of over £200 which in the best will in the world when you order you know deep down it’s a fraud you know what they say if it’s to good to be true it normally is Very clever advertising but I thought I would give it a go so I thought of knew that it was a con job but I still did it at least my watch works and keeps time

I ordered two watches I spent two hundred dollars instead they send me a little vibrating ball that’s worth five dollars. Try getting a refund or send me the two watches I ordered… They never respond, don’t waste your money on this site it’s scam and rip off….

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We placed an order which was delivered to a completely different address. After weeks of email exchanges we have still not received either replacements or a refund as they insist that the problem is with Yodel (the delivery company) and not themselves. This is not the case as any online purchase forms a contract with the seller who is responsible for the safe delivery of the goods. Their email exchange often contradicts their own communication and they keep repeating the same thing every time and do not demonstrate any customer service of any kind. I am reporting them to trading standards and the Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR). Buyers also beware, they are NOT closing down, this is a sales con.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I sent my watches back at a cost of £23.50 to receive a full refund. The watches got returned to me as they refused delivery!!!!! So I am now out of pocket by over £100, after getting cheap watches that I couldn't picked up from local market for £5!!!!! Absolutely disgusted, don't get emails back, don't get any correspondence, and definitely don't get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The watch that allegedly cost £200 before the hugh reduction is absolutely rubbish & of a quality you'd expect from a Christmas cracker, what a scam. Paid £40 for a watch of very low quality, don't be fooled into buying 1 of these so called fine handcrafted watches that are blatantly mass produced & shipped from China !!!
