this is a scam do not buy this i got the same watch for $1.00 on Temu, and he is not even a good person to reach out to, he stopped answering me once i told him i saw thesame watch at temu and they are the same thing. this is fake do not buy help me but this gy out of business and i am going to sue him for false information and assault.

You sold me a defective watch. The time is slow. The band fell apart. You won't do anything!!! Your company is a scam and everyone there are thieves!! You ripped me off of my hard earned money!!!!

This is my second review of a watch I bought about a month ago. It has "3ATM" on the face. I reported right after I got it that it was a piece of junk but that a return would cost more than the watch. It rained yesterday and today the inside of the watch is peppered with water droplets. I threw it in the trash after buying a plain Timex watch. Whatever sketchy people are behind this scheme should be in prison, but that's not going to happen, and the various companies that profit off their marketing should be ashamed of themselves.

Watch arrived, but doesn’t work. Stopped 4 times in the first 6 hours, and loses a half hour per day. Hands flop around all over when trying to adjust the time. Asked for help, they suggested changing the battery… on a new watch ! Local jeweler showed evidence of moisture inside the case back, and commented on the cheap movement. Then they offered a 10% refund, on a $110 USD purchase (including shipping insurance against damage). I found I can get the exact same watch for under $20 elsewhere. Still no help on returning this from their AI generated responses. Filed a dispute with the credit card company. By the way, note under all the other bad reviews, the AI response is always the same, to contact them at the generic email address. Do the right thing, Henry’s Watches !!! Follow up : After an inordinate number of fruitless back and forth emails, I sent the email string with all pertinent information (including the fact I had paid for the insurance offered to cover refund or replacement of an item that arrives damaged/ inoperable) to my credit card company to open a dispute. I immediately received a flurry of emails telling me a replacement was on its way, and would arrive within 7 days. Took closer to a month, but I received a replacement that appears to be working, so far, and asked the credit card company to close the dispute. Way too much effort, but resolved without having to pay extra to send a broken watch back to China.

WARNING! Do not buy these so called watches, they are NOT made by some old man with the name Henry, these watches are mass produced in China, and pardon the pun, but these watches are junk. I purchased one of these Henry watches, and within the month, it kept losing time, it was supposed to be a self winder, and so I reported the problem to the company, and they told me to simply wind the watch up to maximum, being careful not to overwind it, and it would be just fine, I did as I was advised, and decided to give the watch a chance. However I was taken ill, and landed in hospital, and obviously, I could do nothing more until I came home, I came home to find Henry? is refusing to do anything about the watch not working, telling me that I am over the 30 days, they are clearly forgetting I told them within the month the watch was not working, and so, I'll have a word with trading standards, and give everyone a warning on here to stay away from Henry Watches All I can tell you is, stay away from this con, the watch will break down, if you decide you want a good watch, go to the Jeweller on your local High Street, at least you wont be cheated if something goes wrong with the watch. I'm only giving a one star rating because I have to give a star, otherwise, I wouldn't give any stars

I purchased a military type watch from Henry's to wear as an everyday watch. However the watchband was defective in that the cross band was too small to allow the watch to remain on my wrist. I contacted Henry's and was told the solution was for me to purchase a different type of watchband from Henry's. I replied the issue was not my ethical or financial responsibility. I was then told to take videos and pictures to send to Henry's so their experts could resolve the issue. Again, I had no watch to wear during all of these exchanges. Henry's finally told me there was nothing they could do if I did not send videos and pictures to the company. The solution was very simple; send me a replacement watchband. However, Henry's refused to do so, and I had to spend $14.95 at a local jewelry store for a replacement watchband. I am finally able to wear the watch which does keep accurate time, but my purchase ended up costing me one third more than the original price.

Scam. They advertise "no hassle returns" making it seem like you have nothing to lose. Watch arrives and is garbage. But to return it costs $60 to go back to China so most people just eat the cost.
