I now know it was a scam. Please do not buy these watches. "Henry" is AI generated, not based in the US, and clearly, these are actually $1 watches shipped from China. Watch Pleasant Green's video on them for more info. Watch was low quality, light, uncomfortable.

Just received the watch I ordered weeks ago and am very disappointed. The watch first of all doesn't work and the band is thin and fragile not genuine leather. It is obviously cheaply made and not as advertised. So disappointing. I just contacted Henry's to ask where to return it and request a refund.

Shipped from China. Not a British Company. Watch loses time. Second hand doesn't work. Poor Quality watch, not as described on the website. Disappointed. Buyers beware, scam website. Sadly, should have known better. Don't waste your hard earned money. Thank you for your AI generated reply. If you are genuine, take a moral stand, send out a prepaid envelope for returns and give people a full refund when requested. Your company needs investigating by trading standards or online equivalent. For a Chinese company, there is no honour. Some day, you may find out how trusting people feel, after purchasing items from yourselves and other dodgy companies. How would you feel if this happened to you or your family members?
