Terrible experience. The provider said she would prescribe me medication so I waited a couple weeks and nothing. I called them to see where it was and they said she won’t prescribe it now. Never an email or call or any communication letting me know this. Terrible company!

As other reviewers have noted, be careful if you’re using Henry’s for compounded Tirzapatide (Mounjaro). They significantly underdose. Their MAXIMUM dose is 6mg, which isn’t even a standard protocol dosage (it should go in increments of 2.5mg) and a far cry from the 15mg max dose suggested by the manufacturer of Mounjaro for weight loss. I can only assume they do this as a cost saving measure, but I feel duped. There is zero transparency and this company is taking advantage of people’s lack of knowledge when it comes to these drugs. I will not be buying additional vials from them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I have been taking the shot for almost a full year. I have lost 20 pounds. My goal was 150 and I got down to 160. After they seen that I was at 160 they said I no longer “qualify” any more to receive shots. I asked them well what about matience doses? They said they don’t do that which does not make since. Every single person I know is on matience doses after their weight has been met. So now I’m cold turkey off of the shot and Iv already gained about 10 pounds back. Honestly I wish I would have not went with Henry meds and went through my actual doctor that would be able to treat me correctly. Not to mention the app is very confusing. I had 4 providers that I spoke with over the year. At my last appointment each one kept bouncing me back and forth making me reschedule with my original provider. I had no clue who my original provider was because of spoke with so many. Very disappointed that I spent so much money to just have to stop cold turkey and gain the weight back to qualify again.

Beware if you get tirzepetide from Henry Meds. The pharmacy they use out of Florida underdoses people, likely as a cost-saving measure. Without getting too "in the weeds" mathematically, 20 units as prescribed is actually only a dose of 2.0 (not 2.5 per protocol), and 40 units is only a dose of 4.0 (not 5 as per protocol), when you work out the math with what's printed on the bottle (5 mg tirz per 0.5 ml bac water). Luckily through research and the use of a peptide calculator I figured this out and moved to 25 units by my 3rd injection. I have cancelled and will not be returning to Henry Meds for additional vials.

I have not received my meds

Henry meds makes sure they get their money on time from me every month on the 8th. I was told around 60 days they would ship my 2nd vial of medication. It has been over 90 days, and after contacting customer support to express my concerns a week ago, I still do not even have an expected shipping date!!!

I have an issue. Though the person I spoke to was great, but there has been NO COMMUNICATION on when my meds are being sent, ESPECIALLY when I had to pay in advance before I even had my consultation. We should be charged when the meds are sent! I even requested to pay more to rush my order - NADA communication!!! After writing this review (coincidental?) I got an email to let me know my meds are being shipped now.
