Met with the Provider who was very professional, informative and pleasant. After that I spoke with a customer service rep who was very supportive. Overall the" starting up "experience was fast and effective. The meds arrived early. Its been 4 weeks and it's working, I am down 9 pounds

This is a review of my initial tele appointment with a PA. My appointment began on time. The PA explained everything about the process clearly and asked several clarifying questions she had about my intake form. Some of the questions were just for confirmation, but two were very specific about family history and a previous condition - long since resolved. Once the intake appointment was complete, medication was prescribed and the process was thoroughly explained (e.g. shipping, dosages, prescription administration, side effects, payment frequency vs. shipping frequency, etc...). Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my initial experiences with Henry Meds.

I really like my practitioner. Very knowledgeable and wise. I was not able to get the med but she is going to work with me and my PCP to get it safely in my hands.

everything so far has been great. The teleconference went well with the physician. She made sure to explain what she feels I should do to get back in the grove with my medication. She was great answering my questions.

I made a huge mistake--I thought that yet another company had sent me injectable semaglutide when I wanted oral medicine. But what they sent was liquid with oral syringes. Exactly what I ordered. I apologize for flying off the handle--it's just been so frustrating to get this journey started. Not HenryMed's fault. Hopeful that this will help me start dropping some weight. Thanks HenryMed and I'm so sorry for being a jerk.
