I'm writing to offer feedback on my medical provider (Lauren Fox, PA) because I accidentally closed out of the Doxy analytics form, as well as to share my excellent customer service experience during the two calls I made this morning, provided by Cody H. and Samantha O. Lauren was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable, both about information I had shared, as well as with all my questions/concerns. I'm just sorry I messed up the post-appointment survey and hope she will still receive all excellent marks. Perhaps more importantly, however, I'd like to share what a positive experience I've had with literally everyone I've spoken to. Today that also includes Cody and Sam who responded to phone inquiries; they were both friendly, reassuring and able to address my concerns while going the extra mile to verify everything with my account appeared as it should. Further, although I sadly cannot remember his name at this point, even the young man I spoke to last week upon sign-up was absolutely wonderful. Like the other Henry reps, he inspired confidence and was able to allay any remaining fears I had in undertaking this process which is totally new to me. Fortunately, the whole experience has been very comfortable and efficient so far, thanks to all of you.
