I took semaglutide from Henry Meds for three months and lost only 5 pounds. I counted calories, exercised, but nothing. Plus, they promise to check on you after a month. They did not. I read all kinds of reviews before pulling the trigger because it's expensive. Please don't waste your money. Look elsewhere.

I paid $297 on 01/19/2024 and received Semaglutide, And gained 10lbs. Then on 02/19/2024, was charged $297. again. I’d tried numerous times to cancel, but no answer after many calls. I’ve taken Wagovy & lost 20lbs in first couple of months. This Semaglutide RX did absolutely zero. Nothing. And have been charged $600. I am infuriated. Their compounded RX did absolutely nothing. I was ripped off and told they would issue no refund. What a company, huh. Stay away from Henry Meds. Far away.

No follow up constantly charged and no new meds

I’m extremely disappointed I have been taking this shot for over a month and hoping to lose at least a few pounds, but I haven’t lost anything. I feel that my breast got even bigger. I’ll finish this one order, but that’s it for me. Maybe work for someone else but not for me. Sorry

I ordered the product for my daughter because she does not have insurance. My daughter did not lose 1 pound and I contribute that to the packaging and delivery of the product. It was shipped in regular packaging and sat in a package locker for 2 days. We contacted Henry Meds and the explanation was that it was fine to ship the product without being refrigerated which is contradictory to every other physician and pharmacist I have spoken to. I am still being charged monthly and the entire experience with Henry Meds has mot been ideal.

Terrible experience from the beginning. Did telephone visit with the practitioner on 2/5/24. Apparently, she "forgot" to send in the prescription for the Semiglutide so I never received it and no tracking information from Hallandale pharmacy. I called Henry and the customer service rep was terrible. She assured me the medication was coming. No medication. I called Henry meds again and the next customer service rep put in a "manual order" for the meds to the pharmacy. I then received 1/4 of the medication I was supposed to from Hallandale. Hallandale sent me a vial that was BARELY 1/4 FULL OF THE PRESCRIBED AMOUNT. I paid for a three month supply and they literally sent me enough for two weeks tops. I now have a claim filed with Hallandale for the correct amount of meds that I ALREADY paid for. Henry says they can't do anything to help since it shows to them that they ordered the right amount. I've sent an email message to Henry meds to cancel my service and I want my money back of $247.00 since I have not received the product I asked for and am totally dissatisfied with their service Will probably never hear from them and will have to call them again. This whole thing started on 2/5/24 and has been going on since. The email associated with this review is not the same as that for my Henry meds account. I am INDEED a Henry meds paying customer.

I have been writing without any answer from about the expiration date on my bottle. It is about to expire but i just started it 3 weeks ago.

I had used Wegovy through my insurance(only got up to .5mg) prior to Henry Meds but the shortage caused me to have to utilize compound semaglutide. I signed up with Henry Meds and was paying $297 a month. Their dosage was starting at 5 units going up to 20 units, claiming that 20 units was equivalent to 1mg of Wegovy. Then stated to go up another dosage would be an additional $100 per dosage. I did 3 months and lost no weight. $900 spent and no weight lost. I had an appointment with a different company that prescribed compounded semaglutide for the same price a month and did not have a restriction on dosage. When I was sent the medication from them it was from the same pharmacy that Henry Meds uses but the dosage was 70 units!! Which is equivalent to the 1.7mg Wegovy. 40 units is equivalent to 1mg Wegovy. Putting the 20 units that Henry Meds claims is 1mg, at .5mg Wegovy equivalent. Which is not enough for weight loss. I started the 70 units with the new company, and have lost 9 pounds, so far, in 3 weeks. Henry Meds is a SCAM of a company and I will be reporting them to BBB.
