I've been stuck at the same weight for four weeks and felt frustrated. My telehealth appointment with a physician was really helpful. Doc listened to my concerns, asked great questions, gave great advice on how to get past the plateau, and recommended additional products (electrolytes, vitamins) for me to include.

Signing up for the program was easy, there were several options for appointments to choose from. Communication was excellent, I received emails confirming the appointment which included an instructional video. The appointment link was sent right away and reminders to my phone and email were sent. The appointment started on time, was very helpful and did not take too long.
