Malpractice & Horrible customer service
Henry Meds is a terrible company for the following reasons: 1. They have charged me for 7 months but have only sent two useable bottles of semaglutide. The bottles expire in 30 days (according to the information from the compounding pharmacy that makes the medication), but Henry Meds expects you to use each one for two months. 2. They ship refills at random times and they do not send you any tracking information on your shipments or let you know which carrier it is shipped with. I live in a hot climate and received the 3rd package of semaglutide when I was away on vacation and it was warm when I returned, the ice packs were completely melted and warm. Their customer service pressured me to use it anyways, despite the risk of getting Cellulitis from injecting bacteria into the subcutaneous tissue. They blamed me for not telling them I was going on vacation (which is not something they tell you to do), blamed me for not setting up UPS delivery notices (also not something they tell you to do). I could have had my neighbor refrigerate the medication if they had just given tracking information like any normal company would when shipping a $700-$900 product. They have flat out refused to replace it even though it is ruined, it is unopened and unused. 3. I had an appointment with a provider end of November and she refilled the prescription and they didn’t send more. I have now been out of the medication since December 20th. Their excuse was that I needed another appointment for more- but they don’t let you know when you need to see a provider (again!) for refills, they just let you run out of the medication. 4. It takes 2-5 days to hear back from customer service.
