Refills are easy!
I just started the program in December, and didn’t know how the Refill process worked. I received an email, had a follow up appointment with a practitioner, and as simple as that, Refill will be automatically sent.

Starting off well
Pam was very engaging and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions clearly and made me feel completely at ease about starting this program. It is my hope that I can continue to interact with Pam if I have more questions.

I have been on this stuff since…
I have been on this stuff since November and haven’t lost any weight. This visit I was told I needed to up my protein; it would have been great if someone could have told me this a month or two ago.
