Can't reach a human. Every single time I call and press 2 to speak to an agent, it plays hold music for ten minutes and then hangs up on me. Every. Single. Time. The only companies that make it impossible to speak to a human are scam companies. Beware.

They say they don’t have a supply problem when you sign up but I had to wait 1 week for an initial consult and it’s been 10 days, 3 phone calls and I haven’t received my first order.

Terrible experience. I waited an hour, the doctor didn’t show up. I want a refund for the payment I made.

So I was one of several customers who received confusing dosing information for semaglutide. I called them back because a) I was out of product and b) extremely nauseous. I was told that I mistakenly took 10x the initial dose. To be fair, the syringes were labeled very poorly and Henry Meds since changed them. When I asked if I should see my GP, the provider that I was assigned to, belittled me and said "why would you do that?". I moved on to another Henry Meds provider, who encouraged me to keep trying (and coincidentally get past the refund time frame). I did, and the drug did not have effect, except irritation at the injection site. I called back and spoke to yet another provider who increased the dose and told me to change the injection site to my thigh. Again, just more site irritation in a different place and no weight loss. I called a 4th time to cancel, and they literally said "I'm so sorry that happened to you - I will cancel your subscription". So I spent about a grand and got pretty much nothing but welts. They seem to only care about keeping you on the program and collecting $297/month (not a vial, a month!) Very dissatisfied and it feels borderline dangerous.

You will not get any customer service. They will not update you on if a prescription ever ships. They will however bill you as quickly as possible to get your money. 100% a scam, avoid at all costs.

I wouldn’t give a 1 but there’s no zero. So to access provider I guess you have to go through “doxy” which I knew nothing about until my camera and mic would not allow access to their provider. Ok fine, but then I’ve tried several times to contact someone at Henrymeds only to be met with several minutes of being put on hold and then a recording about how no representatives are available. So I guess I’m out $449 and no appointment or meds and no one to speak with about it. Please get prepared before your appointment time arrives, as I did not know about going through doxy to allow access. I was not informed until after appointment when I saw an email 1 hr before appt time! Nothing, and I mean nothing beforehand! And Henrymeds, you need to do better at customer service.

Got first shipment of semaglutide. It failed to curb my appetite like the semaglutide I had been on from a different provider. Then, one month later my credit card was charged but I never had a followup appointment and never received any more medicine. This happened to both myself and my wife. Nearly $600 that was charged to my credit card, and no services received. When I tried to contact them, I was put on hold and noone ever answered. Buyer beware! Stay away!

I signed up with HenryMeds in November and was told to gradually increase my dose over three months. As I did so, I told the company through multuple followup appointments that I wasn't losing weight and wasn't feeling any appetite suppression. However, only when it came time to renew my prescription in February did they inform me that I would need a higher dose that was more expensive than their basic $300/month program, and beyond what I could afford. So basically I spent $900 and lost exactly zero pounds.
