My appt was fast and my provider was knowledgeable.

My provider was attentive and interested in my story. Had reviewed my chart and didn't seem like she was just " ticking off boxes ".

Although I had a few glitches and had to reschedule twice (one was my fault bc I forgot the appt and 2nd time there were glitches with connection) but was given an appt the next day (yesterday) and it went perfectly! Your PAs are very efficient and kind and I’m now just waiting for my vial to arrive!!! Great company from what I’ve experienced thus far! Thank you all!! Kat

The healthcare provider who saw me was very nice and thorough.

The interview was scheduled promptly and managed professionally. The medications, syringes and alcohol swabs arrived shortly afterward. The cost is manageable. The most important thing is that it works! So far, I have lost 25#! It’s not just the decrease in hunger; it cuts the cravings and the impulse buying. An additional boon is a marked decrease in my average blood pressure readings.

My doc was great and understanding. As soon the clock turned to my appt time my front door was ringing off the hook which meant the dog was barking like a beast and I accidentally disconnected the tele health call! She called me back and we carried on and it went very well! So grateful!
