Don't believe the 30 day money back guart. They string you along so you can't even get started with meds by the 30 days much less see if they are working. I had shoulder surgery right after getting started and they would not refund my money even though i told them i would start up after my recovery.

Very powerful semiglutide with severe and intractable GI side effects. I had to stop for my health. It became extremely dangerous. I’ll go back to the other medication.

I requested my medical records on 2/18. On 2/19 I received a response from their Chief Compliance Officer. I signed a release to have my records sent to me on the same day. I still have not received my records. It is well over the 30 day deadline they are required to meet by the Medical Board of California. It is a violation of my rights to not provide my medical records in a timely manner. I am making a complaint with the Medical Board as well. Otherwise, the process is less professional than I would prefer. Their pharmacy doesn’t bother to send you shipping information so it is a mystery when your package is going to arrive. Edit: the number I was told to call for immediate assistance just goes to voicemail after a few seconds.

They only seem to care about your initial consultation. After your first round of treatment forget about follow up, and continued coverage. They will wait as long as possible to order labs and replace your medicine, by that time you will be out of medicine and if you think low T feels bad wait till you suddenly don’t have any because Henry Meds can’t refill on time. You will feel horrible. Good idea but continued care sucks with this company.

They're overpriced. They used to have good customer service but now it's crappy compared to what it was a year ago. It was easy to get meds. Which could be good or bad depending on the person I guess. My issue is the refund aspect. Here is part of what they sent me AFTER THE FACT: "Please be aware that the vial of medication that has been received is a 2 month supply and paid with a monthly subscription to keep the overall cost lower. We have processed a refund of $249. Please allow 3-5 business days for the bank to reflect this transaction. Since a refund has been processed for you, reactivating at a later date will generate a charge of $498 for remaining payments. In addition, should you choose to reactivate at a later date, your subscription fee will reflect our current monthly cost at the time of reactivation." HUH? SCAM! First of all, save your money. There's a cheaper place called Native Med or Zealthy (if you don't have insurance). There's another one too. Henry is higher priced for compounded ozempic. Second, you guys say on your website you give us a month supply not a 2 month supply. 2 months according to whom? The bottle says 1 month so I don't know what the hell you're rep is talking about (if this is even a person and not a bot). And third of all, so I can't even get back on Henry unless I want to give you my entire little welfare check of $500 huh? For what? Meds you over prescribed so that you could pull this little stunt? We the people are not stupid. You guys don't have to do that you're already making BANK. But greed is greed. It happens everywhere all the time. Not impressed. The only people rating 5 stars either have the money, easily got what they wanted and money talks. That doesn't earn a legit 5 star review to me. Money hungry lying companies deserve to be exposed. I'll be posting this everywhere.

Be very careful here. You’re billed from the time you sign up because it’s a subscription based company. You will likely pay 20 days before you receive your product. The first month special is $249 but you will be billed promptly $297 for the next two months. Also, if you like to research over time be careful, if you have a credit card associated with your email and go too far down the questioner you will be billed multiple times! I know from first hand experience as I reviewed with different email addresses and was billed twice for different amounts. ….. It’s been days since post and 2 additional calls. Not surprisingly, there has been no communication from Henry Meds whatsoever

I liked the NP but they never processed my prescription, then changed my address, could never tell me what was happening or how that could happen, and promised to refund me and cancel. Still waiting… Edit: how did Henry meds request more information? I will GLADLY provide it
