The company lured me in with their $49 Valentine’s Day special only sent me one month but waited an entire month to send me until they charged me for the second batch and I only ended up getting one. So I canceled them. I wouldn’t do business with them

After reading many reviews on henry Meds decided to go with them for the Semaglutide sublingual (oral) meds. Meds took 3.5 weeks to arrive. you are only given a 30 day window for a money back refund starting from day of the order placement which gave me 5 days to decide if meds are worth it or working. Oral meds did not work. Started meds on 3/16 I was given a 2 month supply, I called CS on 3/29 and told them I was not getting any results from meds. On 4/5 I called CS again and told them Im not happy with the meds, and was given a follow up appt on 4/11. On 4/11 I told PA that meds were not working and he confessed that i wasnt the only customer not satisfied with results. Now i was charged $199 for Feb. charged again $199 for Mar I asked for a credit as I want to go for the injection semaglutide, and after many emails and calls was given only a 1 month credit. i called CS again and asked for the next charge to be credited to my account as I dont want to cancel but want to go with the injectable glp-1. No response. My hope is that both $199 charges are credited to account so when the new charge of $297 for injectable glp-1 is issued the only charge will be $98 for the difference for the month of April and $48 for May as a $50 credit was authorized for late arrival of meds. The new meds are also a 2 month supply. I do wish to be contacted by a rep of Henry Meds. Order# 515921 & Order# 601352

My physician had asked me to suspend program temporarily on February 1 while he ran some tests. Henry Meds still charged me a full month on February 3 (received no product or seervices). On March 25 I attempted to restart the program. After a week or so of trying to communicate with them (which is nearly impossible - all by email) they re-started the program and charged me in full March 2. It is now the 10th and I have no product or service and they continue to ignore me. Seems they have a pattern of taking money and slow-playing the delivery of product and service.

I didn't have an appointment with the provider until 3/28/2024 but they charged my bank account on 3/22/2024 and again on 4/1/2024. The provider never explained that the medication could take over 3 weeks, now I am without my medication. I called customer yesterday and still haven't sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I have cancelled my account but not sure if I will ever see my money again (no small amount, over 400). I haven't heard one word from customer service or received any emails. I will never do business with them again. I received an email from Trust Pilot stating they would take down my review if I didn't provide additional information, which leaves me wondering about Trust Pilot. I am glad to provide additional documentation but to tell me that my review will be removed is wrong.

I have been on Henry Meds for 21/2 months. Haven’t lost a pound. Still hungry and craving sweets. Spoke to a nurse who said she couldn’t raise my dose. That when I started taking a larger dose I would lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. That’s in two weeks so I’ve spent almost 900.00 to lose maybe 4 pounds.

I immediately began gaining weight back when I switched from Ozempic to their compounded semaglutide. I looked into their compounding pharmacy and found a few serious FDA violations including drug adulteration. I scheduled a session with one of the doctors to discuss it and it was canceled the day of due to certain forms not being filled out. A weird reason to cancel a visit with a doctor.

Terrible service billed me immediately but took 2 weeks to get meds. Promptly billed me 2 weeks later for 2nd month but 5 weeks after receiving 1st shipment no refill. Canceled and fighting for a refund

I waited a week to talk to a nurse. That went fine. I was told the prescription would be sent in 3 days. It has now been 14 days and the prescription has not even been shipped yet. My last email to the company was not returned. I no longer trust this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I will be looking for a different doctor.
