This is a SCAM! If I could give it a zero, I would. The marketing from HenryMeds and the information from the doctor were utterly deceitful, leaving me, as well as others I know who have used HenryMeds, in financial precarity. The company marketed this, and the doctor described it as $297 for the first three months and THEN $297 per month. How can the initial first and second-month doses that are exceptionally less than the final continued dose be the same monthly price? Additionally, when speaking to the customer service representative, they were rude, condescending, mocking, and lacked zero empathy. Also, by the time you receive the meds and get to see if they work for you, the 30-day refund period is gone. You're offering people false hope, playing upon their insecurities and health concerns, only to turn around and rob them blind. It's disgusting.

Henry Med is a scam. How many of these reviews were written by people paid to do so? There is no provider that cares, no on that listens to your concerns. Henry med is a machine that churns out the same BS to everyone. I’ve been on for over three months and haven’t loss any weight. There’s is no decreased appetite. I saw my ObGYN two weeks ago and told her I haven’t lost any weight. She informed me that Henry med and other similar companies are a scam. She said I should have significant weight loss by this point. I haven’t even lost 1 pound. They take your money and maybe you get your “med” in a couple weeks. Or you get a runaround. Someone needs to investigate these people. I’m out nearly $1,000 for nothing. What’s really in those vials? Reply to HM: I've been in touch with your customer service and was told I need to exercise more, eat right ... not one word about support of any kind. No real help. Just generic scrap that everyone already knows. You people are always full of excuses. I've heard it all from your "support" people. So has my husband. No help whatsoever. But you'll collect the money, way in advance of actually sending anything. And when it's 2 then 3 weeks out and the excuses don't hold water any longer....then and only then do you ship. What's really in the vial HM? Everything about my experience with this company has been horrid. I feel scammed out of money that I work hard for. I don't not feel any type of helpful support. More like, "give us your money and go away."

They suck. No respect for the customer's time. It takes weeks to get a teledoc appointment once your labs are done. They don't send you the labs before the appointment. In my case, they cancelled the onlineappointment without telling me and I waited online a half and hour and NO ONE showed up. So many other online TRT and GLP-1 clinics out there. They said call back to reschedule. There was a mixup. Avoid Henrymeds.

I ordered the meds both beginning and follow up scripts were delivered within days. I wasn’t billed for the second bottle until the 2nd of the next month. I tried with all effort to adhere to administration of the meds. I even increased the dosage to one mg which still gave me no results. When I requested a refund I was denied because I was past my thirty day mark. I think they are stretching the calendar some so beware get your request in early. Shamefully enough I haven’t heard anything from you as far as follow up to my grievance sadly enough just posting your comment doesn’t generate genuine concern and no need to contact me now

It took over a month to receive my first round of medication’s. When I started to run low, I called the customer service and got a snotty email back saying I needed to fill out a form. Which I did & sent back. No reply. I’ve waited a week and called back and got yet another snotty customer service representative who informed me that although I had finished filling out my paperwork 10 days prior, my medication was still “processing” at the pharmacy. Meanwhile, I have run out of my medication. They don’t care. I don’t recommend them. Take your money and go to a company that seems to actually care.

I fell for the fraudulent marketing and fake reviews. It is set up to delay your meds by 2 weeks after they bill you so before you know it is a scam they can get 2 or 3 charges without you getting actual meds. They send you a starter dose of "Something who knows what it is" then tell you the dose will increase but you don't get the second dose. The initial nurse appointment tells the dose will increase but the email tricks you to not request a live follow up so once again you get the started dose that doesn't work. SCAM fraud and intentional deception.

If I could give 0 stars review I would. I tried the oral semiglutide for 30 days. At day 30 I contacted Henry Meds and requested a cancellation. The drops did not affect my appetite so they were useless. They charged me $249 on the same day. I have requested a refund, since I have not received any more medication. All I get are emails saying that they charge a fee that is UNRELATED to receiving the medication. This was NEVER disclosed upon sign up.

Unfortunately the medication prescribed caused very negative side effects. I had agreed to fulfill my 3 month subscription however, and even reached out 04/07 to ensure that no further automatic payments would occur. Despite the company confirming this, they decided to take the liberty of charging my card for another monthly subscription without my permission.
