I’m so happy to have found Henry meds. Unlike other online companies they are easy to get ahold of and leave very clear instructions. My appointment was today and the PA was so helpful and informative. Excited about the journey ahead with weight loss and a great team at Henry to support that!

Outstanding! The ease of scheduling the appointment had me hooked. My provider was so knowledgeable and upbeat. I cannot express how happy I am with my meds. They literally arrived 2 days after my initial appointment.

Great phone conversation

The consultation occured as scheduled, with the benefit of friendly reminders in advance and an easy to follow portal. The medical professional was thorough and caring, and asked all the relevant questions and offered easy-to-understand advice. Very impressed.

Update: After I posted this review I was contacted directly by a Henry Meds representative who expressed concern for my frustration and took the time to explain and apologize for the delay I’m experiencing. While I still haven’t received tracking for shipment, I’m very impressed by the professionalism and effort by Henry Meds to contact me on a Friday evening. Henry Meds provides excellent customer service and truly do care about their customers. // Appointment was 2 weeks ago, it went well. Been watching my account to see when the prescription ships. It wasn’t submitted to pharmacy for a week. I waited another week thinking surely it will ship this week. Still nothing. I finally called yesterday and was told she would contact pharmacy to get it moving. No change on account yet and I just read recent reviews on their site that says med were received in 2 days. Henry Meds, what’s going on? Very frustrated and discouraged that this will continue for each new prescription.
