The doctor was great. But buyer beware: they did not honor the doscount they advertised and. When called assured me it would be applied to the next month. When it was not there the next month, they assured me it would be in the following month. Then the fda stopped their approval to administer the drug, and they said sorry, no refunds. On their defective billing. Bad practice. Unfair and deceptive marketing.

I am very disappointed in how henry meds is handling the bulk orders and feel like I got scammed. I order 6 vials of semiglutide. When I placed order at 1030 pm the web site asked if I want to pay in full for the 2640 or make payments I selected payment and they took the entire amount out of checking. Since they were closed I could not talk to anyone. I call at 730 am the next morning and was told the the order was being filled and would not be able to cancel or change order. I have talked to a couple other people and they said they have had the same issue. Buyers beware. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I k ow that they are terrible.

It has been over a week since my appointment and my prescription has not shipped.

My appointment was a week ago and my medication still has not shipped.

I signed up for 3 months of phentermine. My virtual visit was 2 weeks after I paid for the 1st month. I got the first month RX about 10 days after my virtual visit. I got charged for the 2nd month a week later, which was fine. I assumed the medication would be auto shipped for the 2nd month, but i was wrong. Im going on the 3rd week with no meds and called. They "just processed" it and it will take another 7-10 business days to ship. I reminded them that I'm a week away from getting charged for the 3rd month and still haven't even received the 2nd month of meds. This is not OK. The best they could do was move my 3rd payment date ahead 3 weeks. Im paying for MONTHLY shipments, however, I'm not getting my meds. Unacceptable. I called on the date my 1st RX was out. Called again a week later. And called again the 3rd week to ask where my shipment was. The representative could only tell me the pharmacy has only just processed it. Why am I paying for "monthly" shipments with monthly breaks in between. Again, this is completely unacceptable

I was disappointed in the generic medication I was advised to use instead of what I was used to. The pharmacy by mail did not send 30 tablets. They counted small broken bits as tablets. I took pictures of them. So I didn’t even get a full month’s supply

So far not good!! I haven't even received my meds yet and it's been almost a month!! I've called several times and get the same bs! We'll expedite it we'll get right on it!! Im going elsewhere!
