My overall experience was very bad. I was prescribed oral semaglutide that had obviously never been proven as effective. It seems as though Henry Meds is using paying customers as trial participants. The comment of my second nurse (who works for Henry Meds) that "yes, I understand- this medication hasn't worked for anyone" is very disturbing and unethical. I'm leaving this review to prevent other patents from spending an exorbitant amount of money, time, and mind space to a treatment that has never been proven to work. Henry Meds should be refunding 100% of the money to EVERYONE that was duped into paying for this medication. Lastly, there is a mental health component to this carelessness- people are spending months adhering to the dosages, timeframes, and questioning their own experiences around how this medication is working/not working/affecting them and their health. Why put people through this exercise if there's no proof it works in the first place? I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I had my first appointment with Henry Meds on March 14 (it took about a week to get one). It went well, and I received the dissolving semaglutide tablets within a week. The first month went well, I lost six pounds. They automatically bump you up to the .5mg dose for month two. This pill was completely ineffective and actually INCREASED my appetite and caused me to gain back all the weight I lost. I had my 60 day check-in scheduled for May 10 with a doctor (again, took about a week before they had any available appointments). The morning of May 10, Customer Service emailed me to say they were cancelling my appointment because I had not yet prepaid for a third month of medication (not even prescribed yet). I explained how I did not have a good experience in month two and wanted to have my month two check-in to decide if I should even continue on the medication and that appointment should be covered by the two months of payments I had made, and if they prescribed me a third month of medication I would be glad to pay. They did not care what I had to say, and did not allow me to have the appointment and cancelled my membership. Very disappointed that they do not stand by their products.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! It’s a scam!!!!!!!! I was prescribed a dosis that was not helping me lose weight. When I contacted them then they sent me pills, then nothing changed. Then a third doctor told me that I had the wrong dosis. She then “corrected” and again, nothing. I decided to contact other doctors and they confirmed that the dosis I was given was NEVER going to help me lose weight. So not only they lied to me, they kept the lie for 3 months in which I kept been charged. So yeah I threw $750 dollars in the trash. Do not fall for this scam!!!

Had their consultation meeting basically two weeks ago and was approved for their weight loss pill. I had contacted them after the first week and wanted an update on this order since I drive semi truck and gone a lot. I was informed by the agent on the phone that processing takes 7-10 business days. Week number two I contacted again, still no information on order, no tracking information and was told my next billing cycle was coming up and they would move it out. So almost a month ago I paid $199 for this, now they were going to bill me $250 on their subscription plan for something I never officially received. I canceled this order and honestly feel I was being scammed, hopefully I receive the full refund on the initial $199 I paid them. Interesting fact about this, I received two surveys about my experiences with Henry Meds before I received any product.

1. I do not think the medication are what they say they are. I lost my insurance and needed to use a GLP1 for type 2 dm. After starting on Henry's compound my sugars did not improve. I also gained 15 pounds. I switched to the monjaro no change. I wish I could have an independent lab check. Because when I took the real medication my numbers were perfect 2. I sent email after email and get NO response.

I signed up and paid my fee on May 5th - it took 10 days to get an appointment which was on May 14th. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy that day. As of today, May 24th, the prescription has not been filled. Its been almost three weeks that I have been waiting to start the program and I have no idea when I will be able to start. I believe it will be a great program but if you want to start right away, this may not be the program for you.

I’ve never had my prescription refilled on time. It’s currently been two and a half weeks that I e been out. It’s not acceptable to be on hormone therapy and not have scripts refilled timely.
