My video appointment with Crystal was fantastic. She said I was a perfect fit for the Semiglutide. She put my subscription on hold until I figured somethings out. I decided to do it and talked to her again. When I thought my prescription went through it didn't. It was canceled somehow. But I chatted with Jennifer and told her what had happened. By the next morning my prescription had been put in and out was all back on track. She was nice and worked quickly to get my shots.

Very easy process, my nurse was very friendly and informative. I received the medication quickly and so far I am on day 3 and I don’t feel nauseous or anxious like my previous experience with another provider. So far it’s been a great experience
