I liked having the virtual visit. Someone to talk to. I know she talks to one person after another and I was at the end of the day. But she still maintained interest. Didn't rush the visit. We got to the point. I was very comfortable.

Everything so far is good. I just hope I can get my med soon enough to avoid too much of a break. Insurance companies (BCBS federal) has decided what’s “best for me” although my internist doctor spent 2 hrs on phone explaining why I needed a certain medication. NOT TILL I GET FULL DIABETES. They saved $$ yet heart disease and pre diabetic they don’t want to pay. Seniors are in for BiG troubles if politics don’t change. This place helped me some and appreciate there is something that maybe will work. Have to see how long it all takes now!

Very responsive and caring. The Semiglutide did not work for me, but it was easy to discuss this and cancel my subscription. It didn't work for me because it exacerbated my esophageal spasms.
