more expensive than advertised. This experience was like you ordered a doctor from Shein. Just went right to cost without asking about my goals or my health

I ordered the oral liquid semaglutide. Took it for 3 months and did not lose 1 pound. So I would not recommend this product.

This is not the same potency medication… I want to exchange this medication for another vial… It is NOT working.. My appetite is not Curved, I do not have the full feeling & I am not Constipated… When I took it before it worked 100%…. Please send me a stronger medication like you sent me before… This seems like it is a bate & switch.. Please send me another vial with the same potency as before or give me my money back so I can purchase it from another place❗️❗️❗️❗️

Extremely slow and confusing process. I had my appointment over a week ago and still have not received any updates or the medication itself.

Henry meds is a Sneaky company. I was told a price of 297 for 3 months. Then the second month they pulled another 297 out of my account, they maliciously lie and give you a product that does not work, I have been taking Ozempic since Jan lost 20lbs. Two months ago I switched to this company and their product made me feel sick, tired and I didnt lose a single pound. Use a more reputable company. Happy bday to me I was hoping to take off 6 more pounds by now but nope!!

First few prescriptions went well. They then messed up my billing information which I fixed and it took them almost 8 weeks to get things fixed on their end. I finally had my appointment on 6/4/24. The prescription was submitted to the pharmacy on 6/5/24 and as of today, 6/13/24 I’m still being told it is processing and has not shipped. I have been out of medication for a month at this point, no one seems to want to get things done quicker. It’s just completely absurd that it would take this long for a pharmacy to send out a prescription. I can go to CVS or Walgreens the same day and get a prescription. At this point, I feel like they don’t value me as an actual patient whatsoever.

Two weeks to get the first order and I needed to email no less than 5 times to keep pushing. Now they send the wrong meds . Not sure why this is so difficult

I'm not even sure that the "compounded semiglutide" that they sell you is real. I did 5 full weeks and experienced nothing. No appetite suppression, no nausea, no weight loss (not even 1 ounce), nothing. You should know that your "subscription" that they sell you is a 3 month subscription. What they do not tell you is that your month 1 starts the day you leave the deposit to even make you appointment. I waited 1.5 weeks before I got an appointment and another 5 days to get the medication, so I was already 1/2 a month in before I had even started anything. On week 2 of the medication I was charged my next "monthly installment" of $297. I was concerned, so I called and asked to make an appointment with a provider because I wasn't seeing any changes. I was told that I could need a "different form of the medication" and "if I did, it would cost more money." I decided to cancel because I couldn't afford to pay even more and not see any results. I received an email confirming that they would cancel my subscription but that I had "received a 3 month supply of medication" so I would have to pay for another month of $297. All said and done, I have spent $1000, and never lost any weight. I called within 1 day of my "30 days" and was told that my next monthly payment had already been taken out so I was disqualified form the 30 day money back guarantee. Trust me when I say, just go to a regular Dr. In person and get your weekly shots. I know it's inconvenient, but you'll spend the same amount of money and at least see results. For all I know, I just spent $1000 on water in a vial.
