Update. Four weeks now and no resolution. Don’t do this to your bodies guys! Use another service!. Was on testosterone therapy for 8 weeks and started to feel great. I am now three weeks without a refill. They state they are having problems with the pharmacy they use. My hormones have been on a roller coaster! Wish I would have used a local Doctor. Think twice…

I had my appointment on 6/12, got prescribed the medicine and haven’t received anything and it’s been 3 weeks. I called their customer service and they said I was sent an email that I needed to respond to. I never got an email to my inbox, spam folder, and it wasn’t deleted as it isn’t in my trash folder. I called and someone told me they’d send a follow up email. Never got it. Submitted a support ticket via their website and got a response saying all I had to do was confirm something on their site. There’s no such option anywhere. He never responded to a follow up email. After that I called back and got what I thought was a helpful person and was told it was being escalated. They told me they’d call me back within 2 hours to update me on the situation and that if they didn’t reach me they’d send me an email. Guess what? I’ve got 0 missed calls and no email a day later. This is appalling customer service. I’m about to file a chargeback request with my credit card if I can’t get the bare minimum of customer service.

Terrible experience. Took the oral meds and didn’t work and have tried several times to meet with the NP again to go over dosage and they keep avoiding me or making an appointment and then cancelling. They do not help you at all. Terrible customer service experience and response.

My initial appointment was June 11. My rx has not even been processed yet, 16 days later. Never mind being shipped, or filled even, it hasn’t been PROCESSED. I’m concerned that this is actually a fraudulent company advertising on the social platforms and plan to call my bank as well as the proper legal authorities on Monday if I don’t see any action.

My initial consultation was fine. However, after hearing nothing for 8 days, I logged into my account and saw no medication had been prescribed for me. I immediately called the customer service number and spoke to a very nice representative named Karyna, who assured me she would look into it and my meds would be expedited and shipped overnight. The following day, I called again and spoke to another very nice representative named Yetunde. He also assured me, once the prescription was located it would be expedited and sent overnight. He also adjusted my next billing date to reflect the date the meds would be shipped. Today, I received an email that my prescription (ticket) had been located and they were working on it. The email said I would receive another email when it was shipped. I then responded to the email letting them know that I was assured it would be expedited. They emailed me back informing me that they have lots of tickets and they will let me know when it is shipped. They had absolutely no issue billing me within half an hour of my consultation, yet they have no sense of urgency as far as shipping the medication. I would like to say that the representatives were very professional and helpful. They both followed up with emails, as they promised. However, I still do not have my medication and at this point, I have no idea when I’m going to receive it. I am not a happy customer! Update: spoke to Henry Meds representative Amy several times since writing my review. My meds still have not been shipped and no idea when they will be. So much for expediting my order once it was located. Feel like I am being given the run around. Lots of broken promises. So far, not a trustworthy company. Terrible experience!

The intake process was simple and quick. They want your money. I took the initiative dose as prescribed. I got pretty sick, including most side effects described, the next day. My side effects have gotten worse and lasted a week so far. I have not taken further doses. Their claims of availability for customer support from a nurse are exaggerated and I was not able to speak to a nurse after multiple tries. Do not recommend this drug/ company.

I signed up and agreed to pay $100 extra for a full dose. I called after 3 weeks and was told that due to a computer error my order was being held up by the computer. I was inadvertently undercharged $100 by the computer and was in limbo. I was never contacted and told I did nothing wrong. Everyone has been very nice but I will see if my order actually is delivered

Update: Henry’s meds is actively trying to resolve issues. Billing me $600 per month for several months- double billing. No meds received after first month. Impossible to cancel or talk to a live person. Got very sick- intense vomiting- with absolutely no medical follow-up. All I want is for Henry’s meds to quit fraudulently billing my credit card for large amounts without meds or service. Update: Henry’s is actively listening to issues.
