I inquired about medication, which I decided not to get through Henry Meds. Directly after, I began receiving many random text about that same medication from other companies. Clearly, Henry Meds sold my cell phone number. Beware.

They auto charge you monthly but find reasons to delay your second round of prescription. I paid $900 for only 8 weeks of treatment and when I complained TWICE they ignored it and then decided to further delay my next shipment and said I needed a doctor's evaluation first. Itll be over 4 weeks by the time I get round two which means I paid for a whole month of nothing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!! They double charged my debit card BEFORE the application was even completed and WITHOUT a COPY OF MY ID,!! These people are JERKS and I will be filing a complaint and demand my money back since it was stolen out of my account.The application wasn't even finished and copy of my iD was never sent. I even.semt an Email telling them I did not want their service and NOT TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT which they did anyway for $100 more than they quoted!!! JERKS!

Where should I start?? First was a problem with my order price. When I called customer services, she say she didn’t know how to adjust, was going to get adjusted later. At the same call, she said that she saw my payment, but something was wrong with my order, she was going to contact somebody, and get back to me. She never did get back to me about the problem “ with my order “. Today my shipment arrived, a blue box the size of a show box, with the name Hallandale Pharmacy on it. For my surprise inside the box was only a 30 tablets of Ondansetron 4 mg for nausea . No tirzepstide inside.. where is the meds that I paid for it Henry Meds??!! I want my money back!!

Had an appointment last Tuesday. Medication wasn’t sent, provider never followed up, nothing. Provider didn’t send it until I called and emailed customer service. Glad I paid $200 for someone to forget to do their job. They say 7-10 business days but it’s been 8 business days and nothing has been processed. The customer service rep Brooke was helpful and did her best, but there’s just no excuse for the NP forgetting to send it.

They get you hooked with the first prescription and then forget about you. Contacted them the day I took my last dose and was told you be fine missing your next dose. Told them I was going out of state so I would be missing two doses . There response was you will be fine. I am paid for three months but only received enough medication for 6 weeks. I am not going to start and stop every couple weeks so I canceled.

I tried their weight loss medication for two months with no results at all. I was even billed for another two months. I never received my supply. I finally was able to call and cancel it and get a refund for the second shipment that never came. I think they’re giving you sugar pills that are mint flavored. Huge scam! Don’t waste your money.

Applied for prescription for phentermine pills which I had used sucessfully 5 yrs prior. web page doesn't state that you need to have seen your GP in the past year. They charged me 3 days prior to medical interview and then declined me saying I need to have had a checkup within the past year even though I told them I have no medical issues. If I had been to the doctor I would have just asked them for the prescription! I moved to a new state and hadn't gotten a GP set up yet. They also offered me Ozempic which is 2x the cost and there aren't any long term studies on this cause its still fairly new as a diet drug but they didn't have a problem offering me that without a check up! Would not waste me time with this company in the future.
