Cynthia Beam Rocks!
Had an appointment with Cynthia Beam which I completed on my phone, simple connection, no app needed. She was knowledgeable on all the questions that I had. Was very candid about the pills verses the shots. Being overweight and having to ask for help can be a very intimidating experience, but Cynthia made me comfortable and therefore I was able to be more open and honest about needing help on my health journey.

Great experience
Met with Pam earlier today. She answered all of my questions without rushing through the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the medication and gave clear information. Looking forward to receiving my order. Thanks!

Met with Ms. Bailey (PA)
Met with Ms. Bailey (PA) on telehealth and she was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel very comfortable. I'm now awaiting my medication so I can get started. I'm excited and looking forward to getting my health back on track. Will post more reviews once the process begins.

Customer Support... ROCKS
I subscribed yesterday and my appointment was for next week. I wrote to the service support to see whether there was an opening with any provider earlier. I was expecting to wait for a couple of days for an answer. Wrong! They replied in 10 minutes. They told me to call them. I spoke with Katie N., an ANGEL. She found 34 providers and she went through each of them to see whether an earlier opening was available. Since it would take some time, she proposed to call me back and I accepted. After 30 minutes, she called me back. She had found an opening for this morning. AMAZING. This is how any customer support should work! I really hope someone from management sees this review and tells her how such a good job she has done. WOW
