Henry Meds was so thoughtful, they notified me 24-hours in advance and the next day, 30 minutes prior to my first appointment. The alert even provided instructions how to enter the virtual waiting room. I felt at ease instantly upon meeting my PA. She guided me through the prescription process and as a precaution, added an anti-nausea medication, just in case. She answered some questions I had and assured me that if I any more questions, to feel free to contact them without any additional charges.

Very Professional and easy to do business with. The interview with Ms Wang was thorough and made me feel very comfortable and she easily answered my questions.

I was able to get my initial appointment scheduled quickly. My provider was kind and efficient. I received my medication within 2 days of my first appointment. I haven't had any medical issues of significance. I received my follow up email 9 weeks after my initial appointment to check on my status with the medication and to determine if I could/should continue with treatment. I didn't feel like I needed any follow up beyond my questionnaire. This has been a great experience. The "food noise" is so much less and I'm just grateful my life doesn't revolve around what and when my next meal will be. I've lost ~2 lbs per week fairly consistently. I think if you're a needy person overall when it comes to medical guidance, this kind of program is something to reconsider. You probably need a local provider and not telehealth. This has been a very independent digital experience for me. I'm cool with that. I have recommended this program to others and will continue to do so. I just received my 2nd vial today (the shipping is insanely fast) and am looking forward to continued success.
