I was on Phentermine for several months. At my last telehealth appointment I was told they would wean me off of the pills without any explanation as to how that was done . I was charged the usual $129 and got 15 pills so I’m assumed the weaning off would be 1 pill every other day for 30 days. I was then charged another $129 the next month. I called and wasn’t able to get an answer as to what I paid for and assumed I would be getting another 15 pills? It’s been 17 days and no pills so I called again to ask what I was charged for. The representative avoided the question and talked around me. Very shady to not get a honest answer. My guess would be I’m paying for the “subscription “ not the actual medication which by the way would cost $4 for the 15 pills I received at any pharmacy. No integrity and who changes a prescription with no instructions on how to take? Is that even legal? Is any of this even legal? Is anyone contacting their government representative? They have scammed so many people. I paid $258 for $4 worth of pills. Disgusting. Edit: 8/20/2023 Henry Meds reached out to me and issued a refund for $258. I would say once you get to the right person they are very accommodating.

Absolutely no effect on blood sugar or weight loss after one month. What a waste of money and time.

The semaglutide did not work. I do believe that it was a watered down version. Why else would it not work; I have used a semaglutide before and had a much different outcome! I had no side effects, no curbed appetite and no weight loss. This is not a real semaglutide. Additionally I was charged 3x for my 1x /month prescription and they would not refund me. They said, that is how it works: you sign up and you get charged 3x for the vial that they claim is 3 months supply even though I did not want/or order a 3 months supply. No where on their site or in the Telehealth consultation did it say that I would be charge close to $900. I am a very, very unhappy customer ESPECIALLY that it did not even work.

Total scam artists. They advertise that your first three months are $297 but in fact it’s $297 per month, so if you were looking to get your meds cheaper, you’re not, you’re just getting to pay in installments. I was never notified when they were taking payment, was never emailed a receipt, and I noticed a July deduction in my account and thought it was my next refill but it’s not, just the last installment for my first three months. In the meantime, they shorted me my last dosage and told me I needed another doctor’s appointment before I could get my next three months, but didn’t notify me of that until I was already done with my last dose and the next dosage wouldn’t come for another two weeks, so I’ll have gone three weeks without medication. Also, I’ve gained three pounds. This is an absolute joke.

My medicine arrived warm. The cold packs were warm. I emailed to ask if it was safe and still effective to use the medication and I'm still waiting for a response.

I’m not impressed at all, for the cost of this. I have been on it since June, I have not lost a pound. Yes I eat right and exercise. If I want to try something else it will cost more, are you kidding me. This actually makes me more hungry. I will give it a little longer , but I think there is probably something that might actually work elsewhere, ☹️☹️☹️ FYI I did 2 or 3 follow ups that is how I know it cost more than the 249 a month I already pay. Maybe I’m the 1 % this doesn’t work for. If it doesn’t start I will change to a cheaper place which is out there. Thanks for your reply

I think they are stealing from me. I paid $129. For the testosterone treatment but then when I logged into my account it says I have no active treatments even though it's showing the charge it's wanting me to pay for the testosterone treatment again. I can't reach a real person to talk to all they give me is bots so I feel like I just lost 129 I tried to cancel still haven't heard nothing don't give them your money the fact that they want you to pay right away before they do anything is kind of stupid I should have known better.

No communication, product is sub standard, tried to cancel and doctor got me to change my mind so they could charge me another month. Sent both months back no refunds, ignored emails several times. Ull have to dispute charge on crefit card..
