Was a bit skeptical about the low price…
Was a bit skeptical about the low price but as a nurse I know any injectable pens are expensive (like Ozempic). I thought it might be a scam by providing extremely low doses. Had my first appointment with a NP yesterday and was very impressed. They are dosing it exactly the same as for diabetic patients. Excited to try it.

Easy to set an appointment
Easy to set an appointment. The NP was lovely and friendly. We will see how the meds work. Waiting for my delivery.

We had a good virtual meeting
We had a good virtual meeting, it lasted about 25min and was very thorough. All of my questions were answered.

Superior customer service
I had an appointment at 10 AM, but something came up and I was not able to make it. I called about a half hour before my appointment and was able to reschedule for the next day. I received a text message about logging in to the appointment I originally made, and annother appointment canceled so surprisingly, they were able to take me. Before I had a chance to call back and cancel the alternate appointment I had made, they had left me a voicemail that my prescription had been filled and I only needed to call back if if everything was not correct. Thank you so much for the superior Customer Service!

Excellent Response
Henry meds provided timely, excellent customer service! I’ve had questions about my dosage and orders and Henry Meds has been responsive to answer my questions and set up a virtual appointment with a provider when needed.
