I started using Henry Meds in August of 2023. From my initial consultation until today I have never had an issue that hasn't been fully resolved to my satisfaction. They are receptive to my communication and there is always follow up with someone. I have to date lost 63 pounds! I was NEVER able to lose with traditional diets/exercise. For all of those complaining that they haven't lost weight, I am sorry, truly. But this medication is not a magic bullet, it will not work if you don't make lifestyle changes. You cannot sit and eat a pint of Ben & Jerrys or fast food every day. I eat a diet of fruits, vegetables, and lots of protein. If I want a cookie, I totally have ONE, I just don't eat half a bag and with Semaglutide, I don't even feel like I want to eat more than one cookie. Henry has helped facilitate a new and healthier life for me. I can do things I haven't been able to do in years. I am not affiliate with them at all, and this review is my experience.

Just had my online visit for my first refill. I had questions prior to my visit that customer support was able to answer. Ashely C. from customer support even called me on the phone so we didn't have to keep a long email thread going. During my online visit I met with Joseph Sinacori who was very helpful, friendly, not rushed at all. He answered my questions, was supportive and the overall appointment felt like a big success. By the time I was ready for my first refill I am about half way to my weight loss goal, that once seems impossible.
