Great customer service! I was experiencing a little frustration navigating the automated process of scheduling an appointment. I really wanted continuity in my care and to schedule with the same provider I had been seen by. The automated appointment tool just doesn't offer that functionality. I contacted Henry Meds via phone and was helped by Ian. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient and was able to quickly get an appointmet scheduled. Special thanks to Ian for providing great custoer service! I appreciate him taking the time and following up via email to ensure everything was set!
