I am increasing my previous review of a 1/5 to a 3/5. I thnink there has been a lot of miscommunication recently between my providers, the staff at HenryMeds, and me. customer service was improved from previously. Still not totally sure how much I would recommend this service to friends/family.

Refills and consistency
It seems that every month support needs to be contacted to get your shipment in time for your next injection, portal does not give accurate information on your prescriptions.

I liked my provider and the timeliness…
I liked my provider and the timeliness of receipt of medication. I don't like that I can't contact my provider directly. I am also concerned that the cost of the medicine is much higher than anticipated.

Provider great! $147 charge wasn't listed anywhere
I was very pleased with my provider. But no one mentioned that as soon as you hang up you're charged $147.00

My visit with the clinician was great
My visit with the clinician was great. However, it’s been eight days since that visit and my prescription hasn’t shipped yet.

I like the ease of making an…
I like the ease of making an appointment and the doctor. He was informative and answered my questions. The portal can use some extensive work. The prescription information aspects are poor. My prescriptions are identified status updates are way off. I received two prescriptions and one was delivered, and one had to be delivered. Both status updates indicate that the prescriptions are being worked on but not shipped. It is impossible to tell if I have an issue with the second prescription. After all, the prescription I received still indicates processing.
